The process for Campus Interview:

- ) Based on the profile requirement, Location, salary Structure, and other preferences, we will suggest the Institutions form where we can hire the fresh talent meeting the profile and client requirements
- ) We will in turn liaison with the Institutions for arranging Campus Interviews.
- ) SAFAL will go through the RESUMEs, arrange a presentation for the Students and shortlist them for final round of Interview with the client.
- ) We use our proven methodology and approach for shortlisting the Candidates.
- ) Offer is made to the selected candidates and SAFAL co-ordinates till the Candidate Joins the Company.
